Check what type of water pipe you have (copper, plastic, lead, etc.). The solution cannot be connected to lead water pipes. In that case, the operation of the device dissolving limestone deposits can cause leaks.
Placing it next to electronic faucets or a steam boiler (e.g., industrial espresso machines) is also not advisable. The magnetic fields of these devices can affect the proper functioning , therefore the distance of placement should be at least 1 Meter.

Water Softener is installed between your pipes. The best place to install the device is on the supply line, before or directly after the water meter. This way all the water running through your house gets treated. The device is installed by removing appropriate size of your pipe that replaces the coiled piped supplied with the product. Ensure its sealed properly to avoid any leakage of water.

Place the device at a safe place where water doesn’t reach either due to rain or any other reason. It can be placed horizontally, vertically and/or partially around a corner as its job is to supply power to the unit. The unit will be connected to a power source so ensure there is power socket nearby.

Attach the power cord to the left side of the device and plug the adapter into an outlet. If the light on the
front is on, the device is turned ON and is working.
